Being in business as an entrepreneur, as an administrator or even as a student
 
can be downright stressful. According to the American Psychological Association,
 
(APA) 62% of individuals say that work contributes to their stress level. The day to
 
day demands on time and resources can drain energy. If stress goes unchecked,
 
the result is unproductive CHAOS! The month of April is recognized as “Stress
 
Month”. Throughout the month the posts will be focused on bringing awareness
 
to this issue. So I decided to post some tips that I find effective to manage my
 
stress level. I hope that as you go down the list that you incorporate one or ALL of
 
them to help put you on the path of a stressLESS existence. Be encouraged and
